Mike shoulder band sequence

Shoulders down, scapula tucked into back pocket:
palms down pull apart
palms up pull apart
elbows glued to side, pull band apart
each side, foot to hand, 90/90, rotate hand high, like part of cuban press
face pull, with thumbs higher than shoulders and pointing away
lever down – band high, straight arm pull down
