10 Stretches for Flexibility and Longevity

Each 20 seconds, both sides

  1. Hamstring w/belt – lay on back, leg pull up
  2. Leg across – belt goes over head
  3. Calf stretch – belt on foot
  4. Split stretch – belt to pull chest to each foot
  5. Shoulder stretch – one arm up, one under like kimura
  6. Cross leg stretch – like Eddie Bravo
  7. Butterfly – press knees down or, grab feet, nose to toes
  8. S Leg stretch – chest down, hands out, to increase – elbow to instep
  9. Cobra – hips down, head up
  10. Down dog
