50 seconds work/10 seconds rest X 5
1. Jab-Cross Continuous Punches (one – two punches)
2. Kettlebell Swings (Heavy)
3. Dumbbell Thrusters
4. Slow Mountain Climbers (Knee to Chest)
5. Sprawls/Burpees

NOTE: At the beginning of each round, you can change the punching combos that you use. Also if you do not have a partner you can use a heavy bag or shadow box
